We have been providing excellent boiler servicing and repairs for many years - working with all LPG and gas boilers. We prioritise optimising the efficiency of your boiler whilst always keeping your home at a regulated temperature and delivering hot running water at all times.

We work with numerous Landlords who have multiple properties across Sussex. We provide them with Landlord Boiler Safety Checks at all of their owned homes.

We try to make this process as simple for the Landlord as possible. We communicate with the tenant directly to arrange a convenient appointment time. Once the service is completed, we will email the Landlord or Letting Agent the CP12 certificate directly from site. We have advanced Gas Engineer Software which allows us to provide instant gas safety records for all Landlords, Tenants and Letting Agents. We can then provide this contact with annual reminders of when their gas certificate is due.
